Shipping Policy

1. Multiple Warehouse Shipments

If your order contains items from multiple warehouses, your packages may be shipped separately.

Our warehouses are currently located in New Jersey, New Orleans, and Chicago.

If you receive your package and find that any items are missing, please contact us immediately at support@dectou.com.

Our customer service team will verify the shipping status and provide timely assistance.

2. Delivery Time

  • Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
  • Processing Time:

    We usually need 2–3 business days to process your order, including product inspection, quality control, and secure packaging.

    Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

3. Shipping Methods & Fees

  • Shipping Method: Standard Shipping
  • Shipping Time: Approximately 3–6 business days, depending on the carrier.
  • Total Delivery Time: Approximately 5–9 business days.
  • Order Cutoff Time: 15:00 PT (18:00 ET) | Orders placed after this time ship the next business day.
  • Free shipping on orders over $80. For orders under $80, a fixed shipping fee of $8.99 will apply.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
  • You can also view your tracking details in your account.
  • Please note that delivery times may be delayed during holidays or peak seasons.

4. Order Tracking

After shipment, we will send your tracking number via email.

You can check the delivery status on the official website of the corresponding logistics carrier.

Please allow 1–2 business days for the tracking information to update.

5. Delivery Issues

5.1 Package Not Received:

If your order has not arrived within 20 days after shipment, please contact us at support@dectou.com.

We will contact the carrier and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

5.2 Damaged Fragile Items:

All our mirrors are packed with reinforced shockproof materials. Please inspect your package carefully upon receipt.

If you find any damage, take clear photos and contact our customer service immediately.

Please do not return the package to the sender address on the label, as it may not match our return warehouse and could delay your after-sales service.

6. Order Modification & Cancellation

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order at support@dectou.com.

Once your order enters the “Preparing for Shipment” stage, it cannot be changed or canceled.

7. Important Notes

Changing your shipping address after placing an order may delay delivery time.

Additional shipping fees will apply in the following cases:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address (e.g., missing apartment number, outdated address)
  • Address changes made after 24 hours or during transit
  • Carrier shows the package as “Delivered,” but it cannot be received due to personal reasons (e.g., moving, access restrictions, etc.)
