Refund & Return Policy
At DECTOU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review this policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
- Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition with all original tags, packaging, and protective materials. Mirrors must be returned in original packaging to ensure safe transit. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been installed, used, or damaged due to customer mishandling.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Damaged Products: Products damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service team at order@dectou.com within the 30-day window. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- Securely repackage the mirror in its original, reinforced packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include the RMA number inside the package.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a tracked and insured shipping service; DECTOU is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
- Faulty or Incorrect Item: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct replacement.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for returns due to customer preference or personal reasons.
5. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
6. Exchanges
- Initiate a return for the original item as described above.
- Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item on our website.
7. Damaged Upon Arrival
If your mirror arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos and/or a video of the damaged product and its packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
